Who We Are

The Protectors of the Sunnah (POTS) is an Islamic networking group established in 2001 to provide a forum for Muslims who subscribe to the belief that we live our lives according to the Qur'an and authentic traditions (the Sunnah) of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as understood by his close Companions. POTS is committed to the revival of Islam in its purest form.

Our Mission

Our mission is to disseminate Islamic knowledge in accordance to the Qur'an and Sunnah as employed by our beloved Prophet (pbuh) utilizing the example of his exemplary character through coordinated events and activities of the affiliated Masjid and Da'wah Centers in propagating the proper creed and methodology of worship that was revealed to our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and to network among individuals and groups that share this belief system.

Our Objectives

To implement a Da'wah program which will inform and invite Muslims and non-Muslims to Islam as it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and taught to his close companions.

To establish regularly scheduled lectures and teleconferences with scholars..

To establish monthly and/or quarterly conferences in rotating cities as announced.

To establish and promote brotherhood and cooperation between Masjids and Da'wah Centers who are upon the methodology of our righteous predecessors.
